Know Before You Go – Charter for Special Events:

Pickup from your hotel or residence will be scheduled between 7 pm – 8 pm. You will receive confirmation of the exact pickup time before the cruise. Please be ready 15 minutes prior to pickup.
Both shared and private vehicle options are available for transfers, accommodating up to 4 passengers per vehicle.
The cruise lasts for 2 hours, with outdoor seating and open-air views of Dubai Marina.
Modest dress is recommended to respect local cultural norms.
Buffet dinner, beverages, and live entertainment are included in the package.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with certain medical conditions.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 30 Days Prior: Full refund of the paid amount.
15 to 30 Days Prior: 30% cancellation fee applies; client allows Blue Coast LLC to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee.
7 to 14 Days Prior: 50% cancellation fee applies; client permits Blue Coast LLC to charge the fee to the registered credit card or apply the booking deposit.
24 Hours to 6 Days Prior: 70% cancellation fee applies; client allows Blue Coast LLC to charge the fee directly.
Within 24 Hours: Full charge made; client permits Blue Coast LLC to apply the booking deposit or charge the credit card.
No Shows: Full charge incurred; client allows Blue Coast LLC to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee or charge the credit card.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule the experience to avoid any cancellation fee.
If trips may be canceled by the company due to breakdowns or maintenance of the boat. In such cases, the company will aim to change the date or vessel.
