- More than 30 Days Prior: Full refund of the paid amount.
- 15 to 30 Days Prior: 30% cancellation fee applies; client allows Blue Coast LLC to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee.
- 7 to 14 Days Prior: 50% cancellation fee applies; client permits Blue Coast LLC to charge the fee to the registered credit card or apply the booking deposit.
- 24 Hours to 6 Days Prior: 70% cancellation fee applies; client allows Blue Coast LLC to charge the fee directly.
- Within 24 Hours: Full charge made; client permits Blue Coast LLC to apply the booking deposit or charge the credit card.
- No Shows: Full charge incurred; client allows Blue Coast LLC to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee or charge the credit card.
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule the experience to avoid any cancellation fee.
- If trips may be canceled by the company due to breakdowns or maintenance of the boat. In such cases, the company will aim to change the date or vessel.
